The Attorney General’s Department has gazetted the Fisheries (Prohibition of Ways of Catching Fish) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 in relation to the listing of any fish trap with more than two valves whether net or non-net operating in any Malaysian fishing waters in the Schedule of Regulations through reference P.U. (A) 116 dated 30 April 2024 which comes into force on 1 May 2024.
