	BUDGET 2015 -Good News for the Fishermen
	10 November 2014 - Under Budget 2015 announced by Malaysian Prime Minister, Malaysian fishermen will receive RM300 for monthly allowance where previously they received RM200. New incentive given to inland fisherman where they will receive RM200 monthly allowance starts from 2015. Repairing fishermen house will receive RM250 millions. Additional income for aquaculture farmers during monsun season - RM450 millions. Repairing unattended ponds/cages - RM15 millions. Cage culture in Sungai Pahang, will receive RM10.5 millions.

	14 January 2016 - All researchers and universities are invited to propose projects fund from this organization which is applicable to the project scope.
