Ybhg. Dato’ Haji Adnan bin Hussain officiated the Terengganu State Aquaculture Taste Programme in conjunction with the Terengganu State Farmers, Breeders and Fishermen Day (HPPNT) & East Coast Sado Cattle Association (HSLPT) 2024 which took place at Dataran Pekan Jabi, Besut.
In this program, YBhg. Dato’ Adnan presented mock-cheques for the recipients of PPSPA, SPeKS Aquaculture and SPeKS Fisheries Expansion and tried to taste milk fish-based food products.
This programme is able to strengthen the aquaculture industry with the aim of encouraging more locals to make aquaculture fish their first choice apart from marine fish.
Also present were Mr. Ruzaidi bin Mamat, Terengganu State Director of Fisheries, Mr. Muhammad Faizan bin Che Othman, Chief Assistant Director (Macro) of the Terengganu Economic Planning Unit and state fisheries officers.
