The Department of Fisheries Malaysia, through the Human Capital Development Division, has implemented the G12 Leadership Competency Profile Development Program in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) under the Strategic Leadership Assessment Program (PPKS). This program has developed a comprehensive competency profile that includes four key elements: Personal Profile (Curriculum Vitae, CV), Psychometric Test, English Language Assessment, and Leadership Competency Interview using the E-LEAP (Executive Leadership Assessment Programme) module.
This program is specifically designed to identify officers who meet the established criteria and competencies, particularly in terms of leadership quality. A total of 30 Senior Fisheries Officers from G12 attended this program, which took place from February 25 to 27, 2025, at the Institut Semarak Felda, Bangi.
