Ybhg. Dato’ Haji Adnan bin Hussain, Director General of Fisheries attended the YBhg Friendly Programme. Director General of Fisheries Malaysia with myKP Kuala Sat, Jerantut, Pahang.
In his speech, the Director General of Fisheries said he hoped that one day myKP Kuala Sat would be listed on the country’s tourism map. The activities carried out by myKP Kuala Sat are fish sales, river fish sanctuary, services along the Sat River, camping, trekking and kayaking.
In addition, the program, which lasted for two days from 7 September to 8 September 2024, carried out fish release activities, folk sports, and village feasts to strengthen friendship in the community.
Also present at the ceremony were the Director of the Fisheries Development Division Puan Khazlita Adzim binti Abdol Aziz, the Director of Terengganu State Fisheries En. Ruzaidi bin Mamat and staff of the Department of Fisheries Malaysia.
